I have absolutely nothing to do with a method and guru to the Truth.
But you may find it useful along the way, if you are really stuck.
When you catch your breath, let go of the method and guru!
They will definitely stand in your way.
Freedom precedes freedom.
The Truth will set you free.
But you can still have powerful spiritual friends.

I am not pushing you towards the moon but towards yourself, where you are.

My real change (April 2023) came when I immediately saw and understood that I am everything. Not just the person, but also the observer of the person. Not a little, but 100%.
The observer and the person are not different. They are one and the same. Not two (‘non2‘).
